It was told that Erica's parents were killed in a car accidents on June 14th and Jackson was born on June 15th the next day after the accident, where Jackson was pulled out from his mother's dead body.
In the last scene from previous episode, Derek was having a talk with Scott where Scott proposed that he will join Derek in hunting the Kanima but must be all under his command. They will just capture the Kanima alive. Lydia has found out that the strange guy he was meeting all this time was the younger Peter in which it was exposed that she has been a back up plan. I really hate that scene because it's a bit scary. It did woke up all my senses. After that gripping episode, I think I need some more episode to clarify some blurry things.
